Does the CPS warranty simply extend the existing manufacturer's warranty?
 It is an upgrade to your existing manufacturer's warranty. The CPS warranty includes benefits that are not traditionally included in manufacturer's warranties (up to 6 years of warranty coverage and  free shipping when your plan is in effect)

How do I choose between a repair or replacement plan?
 Replacement plans are for products that are purchased under $150. If the product does fail you are reimbursed for the full product cost excluding tax and shipping.

The repair plan is for products that are purchased over $150. You are entitled to free repair coverage for the product at any time during the life of the warranty. CPS will replace the product if it can't be repaired.

What does the cover involve?

If you have a replacement plan you are covered for a one-time replacement for the product that is actively covered by the replacement warranty

The repair plan covers you for an additional 3 years after the manufacturer's warranty expires ( This depends on the plan you choose). You are covered for parts and labour incurred by the repair of your product as well as complimentary shipping to your service centre.

When does my extended warranty start?
 Your warranty will start after the manufacturer's warranty expires and will last up to 6 years.

If I sell my item can I transfer the warranty to the new owner?
 CPS Warranties are indeed transferable between owners.

What if I lose my product or it is stolen?

The CPS warranty does not cover your product in either instance.

Is there a deductible at all?
 No there is none.
